Job Description

Danfoss in Plymouth, MN is searching for Autonomy Software Interns for the Summer 2023 term. We are looking for someone who is passionate about robotics and willing to work closely with other software engineers to bring autonomous functionalities to off-highway autonomous vehicles!

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop software that brings autonomous functionalities to autonomous vehicles
  • Hands-on experience with robotics
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Learn about the full software development life cycle

Background & Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in in Robotics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or another related field
  • Experience developing software in C/C++
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System)
  • Development experience in Ubuntu system
