Position Summary:
The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team by assisting with administrative tasks, document management, and special projects. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employment Document Management:
- Upload and organize employee documents into Paycor.
- Ensure all employees hired before Paycor implementation have their files properly digitized.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive employee records.
- Training & Development:
- Assist in the development of Reunitus Academy training materials.
- Gather information and create engaging presentations for employee training programs.
- HR Administrative Support:
- Help organize and maintain HR files, policies, and procedures.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire materials.
- Assist with compliance tracking and audits as needed.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives:
- Contribute to company events and employee recognition programs.
- Assist in communication efforts to promote company values and culture.
- Confidentiality & Compliance:
- Handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
