1. Networking (if applicable): - Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls. - Participate in network troubleshooting and performance monitoring activities. - Support the implementation of network security measures and protocols. - Collaborate with the IT team on network design and optimization projects.
2. End User Desktop Support (if applicable): - Provide technical assistance to end users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. - Assist in the deployment and maintenance of software applications and operating systems. - Respond to help desk tickets and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
3. General Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to support IT infrastructure and systems across the organization. - Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference. - Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge and skills. - Adhere to IT policies, procedures, and security best practices. - Complete assigned projects and tasks within established timelines.
