Arclin USA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student or recent graduate to join our team as CCRA intern. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Regulatory Affairs, this role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of impactful projects supporting product stewardship initiatives, corporate compliance programs, and government affairs activities. This is a cross-functional position, providing broad exposure across environmental sustainability, regulatory, and manufacturing operations.

CCGA Intern Job Responsibilities will include

  • Assist with regulatory research, development of standard operating procedures, training materials, and implementation of global standards.
  • Support Product Stewardship efforts including ,
    • Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management, regulatory compliance reviews, and updates to hazard communication programs.
      • Inventory and upload Safety Data Sheets into SDS Online software, aid in HazCom program updates and revisions.
    • Sustainability programs and Carbon Footprint Development
      • Aid in implementation and development of data gathering for process, energy and supplier data gathering
    • Support Corporate Compliance initiatives, including maintaining regulatory records, reviewing internal policies for compliance, and supporting internal audits.
    • Contribute to corporate compliance initiatives by supporting policy reviews, internal audit preparation, and maintenance of regulatory documentation.
    • Aid Government Affairs efforts by monitoring emerging regulations, preparing legislative summaries, and conducting policy research.
    • Perform additional assignments as needed based on emerging business needs and regulatory developments.

CCRA Intern Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Public Policy, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Interest or coursework in environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, regulatory affairs, or government policy is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional, and collaborative environment.
  • Local university students are preferred
