IT Intern
The IT Internship is a student-level position within the IT department of ESCO Group. This position is best
described as supporting ESCO and its employees with various help desk support tasks.
This position requires the ability to identify, research, and resolve technical problems within their level of knowledge and experience to ensure timely resolutions.
To be considered, candidates should have:
• Enrollment in or completion of an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in computer science
or related discipline from an accredited college, technical school, or university.
• Demonstrated to be highly proficient with computer technologies including but not limited to,
Windows Operating Systems, and the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred:
• Experience with servers and networks.
• Completion of previous internship experience.
The IT Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Handle a wide range of user issues involving technologies such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD,
printers, conference room equipment, computers, smartphones, flip phones, etc.
